• The candidate must have a Master’s degree or equivalent in HRM/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations & Personnel Management/Social Work (with specialization in Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations) from a recognized University/Institute.

• The candidate must have a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying exam.

• Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/PwD/Transgender categories are eligible for a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying exam.

• Candidates who have appeared for their qualifying exam and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply for the examination.

• Candidates who have obtained their qualifying exam degree through distance or correspondence mode are also eligible to apply for the examination.

• Candidates must have cleared their UGC NET/SET/JRF or any other equivalent examination.

• Candidates who have a Ph.D. degree, acquired on the basis of their UGC NET/SET/JRF or any other equivalent examination are also eligible to apply.
