The eligibility criteria for the NEST Online Exam are as follows:
- The candidate must be a minimum of 17 years of age at the time of the exam.
- The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects.
- The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
- Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination and are awaiting the results are also eligible to apply for the exam.
