NCDRC – UDC Online Exam Pattern

NCDRC – UDC Selection Process

NCDRC – UDC Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for filing a complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or any of its State or District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions (UDC) is as follows:

1. The complainant must be a consumer as defined by the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

2. The value of the goods or services involved must be more than Rs. 20 lakhs in the case of NCDRC and more than Rs. 10 lakhs in the case of UDC.

3. The complaint must be filed within two years of the cause of action.

4. The complaint must include all relevant information and documents that support the claim. 5. The complaint must be filed in the jurisdiction of the respective consumer forum.
