The selection process for IBPS RRB SO (Agriculture Officer) consists of the following stages:

1. Online Preliminary Examination: The online preliminary exam is a screening test which consists of 100 multiple choice questions from Agriculture & Allied Activities, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. Candidates must score the required cutoff marks to qualify for the next round.

2. Online Mains Examination: The mains exam consists of 200 multiple choice questions from Agriculture & Allied Activities, Professional Knowledge, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language. Candidates must score the required cutoff marks to qualify for the next round.

3. Interview: The last round is the interview round. The candidates who qualify the mains exam will be called for the interview round. The interview will be conducted by a panel of experts and the candidate’s performance in this round will be evaluated.
