IBPS PO Online Exam Pattern

The IBPS PO online exam pattern consists of four sections – Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and General Awareness. Each section consists of 40 questions and a total of 200 questions.

IBPS PO Selection Process

The selection process of IBPS PO comprises of the following stages:

The total time duration of this exam is 3 hours.

3. Interview: The Interview is the last stage of the IBPS PO selection process. Candidates who qualify the Mains Examination are eligible to appear for the Interview. The Interview is conducted to assess the knowledge and skills of the candidates. The Interview carries 100 marks.

4. Final Selection: The final selection of the candidates is based on the combined marks obtained by the candidates in the Preliminary Examination, Mains Examination, and Interview.

IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 20 years Maximum Age: 30 years

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Computer Literacy

Candidates must have knowledge of Computer Operations.

Nationality

The candidate must be either a Citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan or a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Number of Attempts

There is no restriction on the number of attempts a candidate can make for the IBPS PO Exam.
