Haryana Board Class IX Online Exam Pattern
The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) conducts both written and practical exam for class IX every year. The online exam pattern for class IX is as follows:
1. Written Exam: The written exam constitutes of two papers for each subject. Paper-I includes the theory component and Paper-II comprises of practical component. The theory paper is of 80 marks in total divided into two sections: Section-A and Section-B. Section-A consists of compulsory objective-type questions for 40 marks and Section-B includes long answer type questions for 40 marks. The practical paper is of 20 marks in total.
2. Practical Exam: The practical exam includes different activities which are conducted in the respective laboratories of each subject. For example, the practical exam for Science and Mathematics will take place in the respective labs. The selection process for admission to Class IX in Haryana Board includes the following steps:
