BSSC CGL Selection Process
The selection process for SSC CGL involves four stages:
1. Tier-I: It is a computer-based examination having 100 multiple-choice questions from four sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension.
2. Tier-II: It is a computer-based examination having 200 multiple-choice questions from four sections: Quantitative Aptitude, English Language and Comprehension, Statistics, and General Studies (Finance and Economics).
3. Tier-III: It is a descriptive paper in English/Hindi (writing of essay/precis/letter/application writing etc.).
4. Tier-IV: It is a computer-based examination for Data Entry Skill Test (DEST)/Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).
BSSC CGL Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply for SSC CGL, candidates must fulfil the following criteria:

2. Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
3. Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University/Institute.
