UGC NET PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION Online Exam Pattern

The National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) is a national level examination for determining the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Indian universities and colleges. The NET exam for Public Administration is conducted twice a year in the months of June and December. The online exam pattern for UGC NET Public Administration consists of two papers. Paper I is a general paper on Teaching Aptitude and Research Methodology while Paper II is subject specific. The exam duration is 3 hours for both the papers.

Paper I: The paper is of 100 marks and consists of 60 multiple choice questions. The questions will be divided into two sections – Teaching Aptitude and Research Methodology.
