To appear for the UGC NET Law exam, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

– Candidates must possess a LL.B/LL.M degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.

– Candidates who are appearing in their final year of LL.B/LL.M are also eligible to apply for the exam.

– There is no age limit for appearing in UGC NET Law Exam.

– Candidates who have appeared for the NET exam and have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the paper-I, paper-II and paper-III will be considered qualified.

– For the reserved category candidates, minimum qualifying marks are 35%.

– Candidates who are already employed in a university or educational institution are also eligible to apply for the exam.
