The NABARD Development Assistant online exam has two sections:

NABARD Development Assistant Selection Process

The selection process for the post of NABARD Development Assistant includes the following stages:

1. Preliminary Examination: The Preliminary Examination consists of 100 multiple choice questions from Reasoning Ability, English Language, Computer Knowledge and General Awareness topics. The duration of the exam is 1 hour and the qualifying marks for the Preliminary Examination is 40% for General and OBC category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/PWD category candidates.

2. Main Examination: The Main Examination consists of 200 objective type questions from Reasoning Ability, English Language, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and Financial Awareness topics. The duration of the exam is 2 hours and the qualifying marks for the Main Examination is 40% for General and OBC category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/PWD category candidates.

3. Interview: Candidates who meet the cut off marks in the Main Examination will be called for the Interview round. The interview round will comprise of a panel of experts who will assess the candidate’s knowledge and skills. The qualifying marks for the Interview round is 40% for General and OBC category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/PWD category candidates.

4. Final Selection: The final selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Interview round. The candidates who successfully complete all the rounds will be selected for the post.

NABARD Development Assistant Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality: Candidates applying for NABARD Development Assistant should be of Indian nationality.

2. Age Limit: The age of the candidates should be between 18 to 35 years.

3. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

4. Computer Knowledge: Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of computer course certificate from a recognized institution.

5. Language Proficiency: Candidates should have a basic knowledge of any one of the languages mentioned in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution of India.
