RPSC Agriculture Officer & Agriculture Research Officer Online Exam Pattern

The RPSC Agriculture Officer & Agriculture Research Officer Exam consists of two stages – the Preliminary Exam and the Main Exam. The Preliminary Exam is a screening test and candidates who qualify in it are eligible to take the Main Exam. The Main Exam consists of four sections – General Studies, General English, General Ability Test and Agriculture.

The Preliminary Exam is conducted for a total of 200 marks and the duration of the exam is 2 hours. The exam consists of two papers – Paper I (General Studies & General Ability Test) and Paper II (Agriculture).

The Main Exam is conducted for a total of 400 marks and the duration of the exam is 3 hours. The exam consists of two papers – Paper I (General Studies & General English) and Paper II (Agriculture).

The marking scheme for both the Preliminary and Main Exams is as follows:

Preliminary Exam

Paper I (General Studies & General Ability Test): 100 marks

Paper II (Agriculture): 100 marks

Main Exam

Paper I (General Studies & General English): 200 marks
